New Thracian Gold project will participate in BioAgra Trade Exhibition of Organic Farming, part of the 23rd International Agricultural Exhibition AGRA which will be held from 4 to 8 March 2014 in Plovdiv, Southern Bulgaria.
BioAgra is organized in partnership with the AVALON Foundation, the Netherlands and the Agroecological Centre at the Agricultural University, Plovdiv.The exhibition is aiming to highlight organic farming as a production system that respects the environment and animal welfare and to showcase organic products аs a healthier alternative.
The organic food market is one of the fastest growing markets worldwide.
The International Agricultural Exhibition AGRA focuses the attention on the Bulgarian and foreign agribusiness. The most successful agricultural forum in Southeast Europe is a showcase for the new achievements and a compass for the current trends in the sector.

The Wild World of the Eastern Rhodopes in Plovdiv
From 22 January to 28 February 2014 the exhibition of NTG "The Wild World of the Eastern Rhodopes" will visit Plovdiv. Guests and inhabitants of the city can see it in the building of the Municipal Council of Plovdiv.
The exhibition presents 26 photos of breathtaking landscapes, magnificent mammals, rare birds and reptiles, flowers and mysterious insects from this beautiful and little known Bulgarian region. Biodiversity of Eastern Rhodopes is one of the richest and most preserved in Europe: includes 1962 plant and 4329 animal species.
"The Wild World of the Eastern Rhodopes" was presented with great success in Sofia, Burgas, Varna, Kardzhali, Blagoevgrad, Sliven, in the Visitor Information Center of the National Park Rila and in the Nature Park Belasitsa.

Bazaars for farmers - an opportunity for organic farmers from the Eastern Rhodopes
Producers from the network of "New Thracian Gold" will be able to offer their products on the first Farmers' Market in Plovdiv for certified organic producers and those who produce food with clean environmental practices. Bazaar for direct sales with no middleman!
Come every Saturday from 10 to 18 hours in the left hallway on the ground floor of the MALL Galleria Plovdiv. Bazaars began on April 13 and will continue until September 28.
The Saturday Farmer’s bazaar is part of the project "Sustainable Society Association" (www.organichno.com) for bazaars in Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv and is supported by the "Bulgarian Association for organic products", "Bioselena Foundation", "Foundation Avalon Bulgaria" project "New Thracian Gold". The event marks the beginning of a new cooperative - Hrankoop Plovdiv, which is part of the network Hrankoop in Bulgaria - www.hrankoop.com.

The International Agricultural Exhibition AGRA focuses the attention on the Bulgarian and foreign agribusiness. The most successful agricultural forum in Southeast Europe is a showcase for the new achievements and a compass for the current trends in the sector. AGRA links science with production, the manufacturers with the consumers. AGRA has been a UFI-approved event since 1995.
BioAgra Trade Exhibition of Organic Farming will be held for the first time within the framework of the 21st International Agricultural Exhibition AGRA. The event is organized in partnership with the AVALON Foundation, the Netherlands and the Agroecological Centre at the Agricultural University, Plovdiv. The exhibition is aiming to highlight organic farming as a production system that respects the environment and animal welfare and to showcase organic products аs a healthier alternative.
BioAgra will be accompanied by a comprehensive business events programme including a conference on "Marketing of Organic Farming" and an "Evening of Organic Food" organized in cooperation with the Royal Netherlands Embassy and AVALON Foundation, the Netherlands.

The “New Thracian Gold” project (NTG) is participating for a second time in AGRA, International Agriculture Exhibition (9-13 March 2011) in Plovdiv.
The project is presented at joint stand with Agriculture College, Plovdiv; Agroecological Center at the Agriculture University, Plovdiv; Bioselena Foundation, etc. in Pavilion 3.
Guests and visitors can see poster on the demonstration farm in the village of Topolovo, brochures and leaflets on the project, a book on organic farming and organic products from the Eastern Rhodopes: honey, herbs and tahini.
