The New Thracian Gold (NTG) is a project of the Dutch nature preservation organizations ARK and Avalon. By 2014 they will work on supporting economic growth and welfare in the Eastern Rhodopes Mountains by developing activities which combine organic farming, nature preservation and tourism.
The project is financially supported by the Dutch Postcode Lottery in the period of 2009 - 2014.
All the incomes from the online shop will be deposited in special account and will be used for producing new tourism products for Eastern Rhodope.
Website use
It is forbidden to use the website to post or transmit any infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil or criminal liability or otherwise violate any law.
Obligations of the user when ordering products
When using the online shop of the “New Thracian Gold”, the User agrees to provide true, accurate and current information about himself by filling out the order form;
“New Thracian Gold” privacy policy
By accepting these conditions Users filling out the order form agree that personal data given by them can be processed by the “New Thracian Gold” by electronic means for delivery of ordered goods or other services.
"New Thracian gold" explicitly informs that the information provided by Users is not transmitted to third parties for advertising and promotional purposes.
Prices
The “New Thracian Gold” has the right to change prices at its discretion, at any time without prior notice to Users. The User is obligated to pay the price that was listed on the website during the making of the purchase, whether lower or higher than the current. For technical errors in the publication in the online store, “New Thracian Gold" has the right to refuse execution of the order and does not due redress in any way to the User, except to recover the amounts paid and / or deposited by the consumer, if any.
Delivery
The delivery of ordered goods is carried out in selected by the User manner . The “New Thracian gold” reserves the right to extend the specified period of up to seven days without informing the user in advance, and to extended the periods over 7 days with prior approval by the User.
“New Thracian Gold” reserves the right to change the contractor making the delivery, without prior warning the User, provided this does not change the price, duration and type of delivery.
Payment of purchased goods and services
When using the method Cash on delivery, the User agrees to deposit at the time of delivery to the “New Thracian Gold” or its representative the full value of the delivered goods.
When paying by bank transfer in BGN, the User shall deposit an amount equal to the value of the order to the bank account of the “New Thracian Gold” and only after the deposit is confirmed will deliver the ordered goods. All fees and commissions are paid by the client.
Period of payment
The period of payment for orders that require pre-payment is within 7 days of generating custom website. After this period have occurred in payment order is considered canceled.
Returns
Goods subject to return are the products, not fulfilling the quality requirements, pointed in the online store or in the accompanying certificates, manuals and others, if there are such for the given product, as well as those with obvious flaws. Upon receiving the shipment, the client marks on the shipment bill the if there are obvious flaws or discrepancy in the quantity, otherwise it is considered that the delivery is in order. Apart from a discrepancy in the quantity claims on purchased and delivered goods may be made within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
According to the law for customer protection, the goods received by the client can be returned in terms of 7 days after the purchase, from the delivery date, without any reason. The shipping is paid by the customer and the condition of the goods must be the same as when the goods were handed to the customer (the package should not be opened).
The User has the right to withdraw one or more of the goods ordered within 24 hours from order generation.
If the user does not withdraw the order within 24 hours “New Thracian Gold” will automatically accepts the deposit made as payment of the ordered goods or services.
Other
These conditions may be updated at any time without notice to Users. “New Thracian Gold” is not liable if the user has not read the latest version of these terms.
Responsibilities
