Shipping and Returns
Delivery
The deliveries are made to the pointed by you address. It is recomended to point address where you could get the shipment between 10:00 and 17:30 (like work address). Upon receiving the goods, you pay the price pointed in the order, when paying via bank transfer the delivery price is payed together with the price of the goods. Cancelation of an order could be done via the contact form or via e-mail.
Payment:

It is necessary to transfer the total amount plus the delivery expenses and bank fees in our bank account. The total amount is pointed in the confirmation e-mail that you will receive. The coverage of the payment may take up to two work days. Immediately upon receiving the payment we will send your order by courier to your address. You owe nothing to the courier on receiving the goods.
Returns
Goods subject to return are the products, not fulfilling the quality requirements, pointed in the online store or in the accompanying certificates, manuals and others, if there are such for the given product, as well as those with obvious flaws. Upon receiving the shipment, the client marks on the shipment bill the if there are obvious flaws or discrepancy in the quantity, otherwise it is considered that the delivery is in order. Apart from a discrepancy in the quantity claims on purchased and delivered goods may be made within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
According to the law for customer protection, the goods received by the client can be returned in terms of 7 days after the purchase, from the delivery date, without any reason. The shipping is paid by the customer and the condition of the goods must be the same as when the goods were handed to the customer (the package should not be opened).
