Location: at 2 km south of Ivaylovgrad. Description: Used to be a massive complex of residential and commercial buildings covering a total area of 2200 m. The residential part is occupies an area of 978 square meters covering a large courtyard surrounded by covered gallery with columns and a swimming pool in the middle. Around them were located living places - dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and more. Heating of the premises was carried out by hypocaust (sub floor heating, in which the floor of the building is raised on columns of masonry bricks or ceramic pipes, between which circulates warm air from the specially built for this purpose fireplaces). It was inhabited until the third quarter of the IV century. Its destroying is associated with the greater havoc on the outskirts of Andrianopol in 378 when the Roman Empire was defeated by the Goths. Status: The villa is a cultural monument with national importance and it is protected by the law. Access: At 2 km from asphalt road, dirt road and parking near the site.
