Project Acceptance For Rural Tourism Is Forthcoming

Project acceptance for rural tourism under Measure 311 “Diversification to non-governmental activities” is forthcoming to be announced in November. That was announced by experts from “Rural Development” Directorate in Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Diana Trifonova and Rosen Andreev during discussion under RDP in Stara Zagora.  The date, from which candidates can start to apply, will be announced later, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food informs.

Under Measure 311 “Diversification to non-governmental activities” of RDP can be financed projects for development of rural tourism (building of rural houses, camping facilities; development of tourist services as sport attraction); craft activities (including provision of services related to participation of visitors in craft activities), development of social services for population in rural areas – care for children, for adults and so on.

It is expected in November to be announced the project acceptance only for certain investments under Measure 121 “Modernization of agricultural holdings”, the experts added.
