Via Rodopica Route

The Via Rhodopica Route including Smolyan, Zlatograd and Devin will be the first new itinerary in the  Wonders of Bulgaria packages of the Bulgarian tour operators. Bulgarian travel agencies are already thinking how to make the beautiful sites in this mythical mountainous land more easily accessible.

Foreign guests will be able to choose tourist itineraries around Bulgaria according to the locations of the Wonders of Bulgaria mapped by the team of Standart daily. They will be included in the vacation packages offered on the tourist market in Bulgaria and abroad, said Irena Georgieva, chairperson of the Association of Bulgarian tour Operators and Travel Agencies. She took the commitment after a special presentation of the new tourist routes made during the 11th annual meeting of the Association held in Plovdiv on November 24th.

“It is wonderful what you are doing. The Wonders of Bulgaria Campaign raises the self-confidence of the Bulgarians and boosts our national pride. We lend a shoulder to this initiative from its very start two years ago,” Mrs. Georgieva said.
