Eco guides training
The eco guides training is in accordance with NTG's aims for Tourism component - training of local people. Qualified guide services is one of the main factors for good development of the tourist destination. That's why we need motivated and well prepared young people to provide those services to tourists. All invited participants were involved in previous tourism trainings or activities like marking of the eco trail near Bolyartsi village and green school – cleaning action in Madzharovo area.

Description of the training:
The training will involve mainly young people from Eastern Rhodopes. The lecturers are chosen and organizaed by BAAT.
Lecturers:
28, 29 and 30 October – Escorting of customers and Theory of Tourism – Kiril Kaloyanov
4, 5 and 6 November – Mountaineering, orienteering and climatic features of the mountain – Vasil Florov
10, 11 and 12 November – First aid equipment – Dr. Peter Kostov
17, 18 and 19 November – Social Psychology – Lyubena Gospodinova
The program will be implemented in four consecutive weeks. The main subjects to be represented are proposed by BAAT and „Mountains and people“ association:

Types of the nature of the individual. Formation of leadership qualities. |
After the training we expect the participants to have basic knowledge in the fields of Tourism, Social Psychology, Guiding, First aid, How to lead tourists in the Mountains, etc. All graduated participants will have a diploma from the National association „Mountains and people“.

Expected results:
This training, together with all professional trainings, planned to be implemented into the frames of NTG project, has to „produce“ guides prepared to lead tourists on the fileds and in the mountains, to cope with different situations, to overcome inner conflicts, to offer qualitative tourist services to our future visitors.

Online marketing training
The Online Marketing training for existing and working family hotels and guest houses in the Eastern Rhodopi Mountains will take place in Trifon Zarezan family hotel on the dam lake of Kardzhali in 24 – 25 April 2010.
25 owners of accomodation places are invited.
Main purpose:

teach the participants to different online instruments wich they will use to reach to more potential customers

give a basic knowledge on “online reservation systems”, “best and worst examples for web sites”, “social medias” as a new instrument for popularization, etc
