Wildlife photography promo tour

Together with our partners from Photosynthesis we invite you along to capture the beauty of the nature through the lens instead of in the optical sight, to preserve and show it rather than destroy it. "Take photos! Don’t kill! " is the motto of the project which Photosynthesis started in 2011 and continued with a series of workshops and competitions.

The photo hunting in the Eastern Rhodopes is an amazing experience, and this time we will show you the newest shelter for observation and photographing of wildlife, that NTG built in Hunting reserve "Studen Kladenets", near the village of Gorno pole and Kostilkovo. They are part of our program for the development of photographic and ecotourism in the Eastern Rhodopes.

Besides the stationary shelters we have mobile and camouflaged shelters for photographing of songbirds and black storks.

Our invitation to all photographers with affinity and skills in capturing wildlife and its inhabitants. Anyone who wants can send us at least 4 shots of wildlife at its discretion and benefit from the special fee for participation in the symposium (how to take advantage of the special price click here).

Each of you could also state a desire to present a project or just to share with other participants valuable and useful information related to the photographing of wild animals and the promotion of this type of photography. For this purpose, we provide multimedia and presentations hall in two evening symposiums.

Program of the symposium:

May 31 (Friday):

Travel and Accommodation:

Pelevun group (five people) - in the village of Pelevun where you will have the opportunity to take photos of orchids

Stiden kladenets (main group) – Studen kladenets with the possibility of shooting landscapes, kayaking (12 people) and fallow deer from shelters (13 people).

June 1 (Saturday):

group Pelevun – taking pictures of Griffon, Egyptian and Black Vultures and crows from the stationary shelter. Afternoon - transfer to the hunting reserve "Studen kladenets" and accommodation in the hut.

group Studen kladenets – taking pictures ofGriffon, Egyptian and Black Vultures and crows (8 people) shooting songbirds and black storks mobile shelters (6 people), shooting landscapes kayaking (14 people) from the stationary shelter.

Afternoon, five members of a group Studen kladenets replace five of the group Pelevun and travel to the village where you can take pictures of orchids.

June 2 (Sunday):

group Pelevun - taking pictures of Griffon, Egyptian and Black Vultures and crows from the stationary shelter.
group Studen kladenets - taking pictures ofGriffon, Egyptian and Black Vultures and crows (8 people) shooting songbirds and black storks mobile shelters (6 people), shooting landscapes kayaking (14 people) from the stationary shelter.

Price:          

preferential price for Photographers *:
- Overnight in a tent in the village Kostilkovo 135 Leva
- Two nights in a cabin 165 Leva

Standard price:
- Overnight in a tent in the village Kostilkovo 200 Leva
- Two nights in a hut: 250 Leva

    Preferential price is in force after presenting at least 4 quality (at the discretion of the organizers of the "New Thracian Gold" and PhotoSynthesis) original photographs of wild animals on the project "Take photos! Don’t kill!" (Which can also be combined in two-projects with two images, if they are of different subjects).
    You can enjoy the preferential price you sign on the project "Take photos! Don’t kill!" registration or use of any of the competitions under the "Take photos! Don’t kill!" and upload their footage.
    Please if you want to use a preferential price, provide links to your projects with pictures of wild animals that you have uploaded to the application form.

The price includes:

- 2 nights with breakfast
- 2 packages dry lunch
- 2 dinners do not include alcohol
- organization and guides to the stationary shelters
- transportation to shelters
- rental of kayaks, paddles and vests
- rental of mobile camouflaged shelters

     

Price does not include:

transport to the village of Pelevun / Hunting reserve “”Studen kladenets" and vice versa

2 days after confirmation of the application it is necessary to bring the entry fee to the cashier of PhotoSynthesis Art Center Boulevard "Vasil Levski" in Sofia 57.
When making a recording, in the field “Subject” enter "Plener NTG" and give the names of the participants and telephone number.

- Please note whether you have your own transport and if you are able to transport other participants in the symposium. Tick ​​the box if you wish to vegetarian menu.
