National Budget for Animal Breeding and Vegetable Producing for 2012 is Guaranteed
There is no change in the amount of contacted national funds for state aid and additional payments to European financial support in sectors animal breeding, including cattle, sheep breeding, goat breeding, pig and poultry industry, as well as for support of potato, fruits, vegetables and tobacco producers. They remain in the amount they signed in the agreement by branch organizations and representatives of the executive authority on September 14, 2011, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food informs.
Change may occur if there is reduce in total amount of national additional payments per hectare for campaign 2011. The amount of national additional payments in the agreement can reach 110 million, rather than enrolled in agreement 340 million. That was announced today by Minister of Agriculture and Food Dr. Miroslav Naydenov at the meeting with branch organizations, signed the agreement for the budget frame for agricultural sector in 2012 and held in Grand-Hotel “Sofia”.
At the meeting, which was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Svetlana Boyanova and Executive Director of State Fund “Agriculture” Rumen Porozhanov was presented proposal for keeping the size of each of subsectors in agriculture in 2012, as well as all other financial transfers to the sector which are expected in 2012.
As a whole the total amount of which is provided for sector “Agriculture” will be increased in 2012 compared to 2011, noted Minister Naydenov.
Branch organizations attending the meeting expressed their common position on agricultural budget for 2012, as they stressed that are for the agreement, such as it was signed.
