Minister and Ambassador Received Crossbill Guidebook to Eastern Rhodopes

Minister of Environment and Waters Julian Popov and Dutch Ambassador Karel van Kesteren were the first official persons who received Crossbill guidebook to the Eastern Rhodopes. Our NTG colleague Johan Bekhuis hand them the guidebook at the beginning and at the end the Orange Bike Tour on 26 April in Sofia.

The bike tour started at the Dutch Embassy and ended in Crystal Garden the the participants in the tour saw the NTG Exhibition “The wild world of the Eastern Rhodopes”.

The exhibition, which includes also photos from Crossbill guidebook presents the unique biodiversity of the Eastern Rhodopes, one of the richest in Europe. The exhibition enjoys a great interest. Residents and guests of Sofia can see it until May 8. Later on, the exhibition will be shown in the town of Kardzhali.

The launch of the exhibition coincided with Green Days 2013 (25 – 28 April), where traditionally New Thracian Gold has a stand.

A photo gallery in Dnevnik.bg with several of the photographs of the exhibition, inspires lots of a lot of positive comments. Photos presenting the wildlife of the Eastern Rhodopes are planned to be published in Vesti.bg, a media partner of the exhibition.

Фотогалерия в Dnevnik.bg, в която са включени част от снимките в изложбата, събира голямо одобрение и много положителни коментари. Снимки, представящи дивият свят на Източните Родопи, предстои да бъде поместена във Vesti.bg.
