Common Starling Pair in the Village of Sbor
A pair of Common Starlings has settled in one of the bird houses in the village of Sbor, Krumovgrad Municipality. The houses were made and placed by children during the Tarpan Days organized by New Thracian Gold in the end of April.
The Starling family is raising its little in their new home.
Common Starling (Sturnus vulgaris) is a widespread warbler. It lives in parks, yards, fields, edge of forests, river banks. The Starlings feeds on insects and fruit. The bird female lays 4-6 eggs. Both parents take care of their little.
